Mom's Minute

Ms. H of Mom's Minute Video Game Show says Hello to her listeners and welcomed everyone to the 170th episode. She invites everyone to return next week to enjoy her special Halloween edition of Mom's Minute Video Game Show where there will be lots of scary fun. Lively discussion started on the video game Ms. H reviewed called Super Meat Boy that has a regular price of $14.99 but was free to play on PlayStation 4 if you are a PlayStation Plus member. Debate followed on Ms. H's  rating of the video game. Ms. H discusses the video game character of the week, Wonder Girl.  Given the various Wonder Girl characters  comics, video games and other media, Ms. H chose to feature the Young Justice and Teen Titan member and leader, Cassie Sandsmark.  Ms. H discussed similarities as well as differences between Wonder Girl and Wonder Woman.  The celebrity gamer of the week is Melissa Benoist who will play the lead character of Supergirl when the CBS television show airs on CBS on October 26, 2015.  Ms. H talked about Blind Spot, which is an NBC television show that she plans to review after watching another episode of the show.  Ms. H discusses her experiences during her video game field trip to F.Y.E. retail establishment.  She stated the prices of items at F.Y.E. seemed reasonable and the trip pleasant.  Topping the news is the announcement that Valve will provide Mac owners who preordered Steam Link and Steam controllers and were unable to use the devices due to software problems  -- will receive a free complete pack consisting of such Valve PC video games as Counter-Strike and Half-Life to include sequels.  Ms. H rounds out the Mom's Minute Video Game show with her special original saying that believing in yourself on top of being positive are winning combinations.
