Dead Space 3

A new set of screenshots have been released for Dead Space 3.  Dead Space 3 is a Mature Rated game so you can expect to see lots of blood and gore. Some of the new screenshots show these type scenes. Shown are some of the "tamer" screenshots.

The screenshots show fighting between Necromorphs and  video game characters Isaac Clarke and John Carver. In addition to fighting scenes, John Carver is shown walking in front of a row of toy soldiers (top picture).

It is possible that a demo will follow the screenshots; however, this remains to be seen.

Dead Space 3 releases in North America on February 5, 2013, and February 8, 2013 in Europe.  The video game will be playable on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and the PC.

PlanetSide 2

Sony Online Entertainment (SOE), the video game development and publishing division of Sony, is partnering with Twitch TV to bring you live in-game streaming.

 SOE is best known for creating Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) games such as Everquest, Star Wars Galaxies, DC Universe Online and PlanetSide. 

Twitch TV

Twitch TV describes itself as the world's largest video game broadcasting network.

As a result of the partnership of SOE and Twitch TV, you will be able to broadcast your gameplay directly to Twitch TV. According to SOE President John Smedley, the interface is extremely easy to use and allows you to cast with just one click.

Twitch TV marketing vice president Mark DiPietro states, "We're in discussions with the industry's largest developers and publishers, so there's no question that integrating turn-key live broadcasting into games is the future of the industry." 

This feature will debut on the free-to-play PC video game PlanetSide 2 (pictured above) when it launches on November 20, 2012.

Call of Duty Black Ops II

A new trailer for the map Nuketown 2025 from Call of Duty Black Ops II  has been released by Activision. The trailer shows a 1960's looking suburb with a depiction of the original model home of the future. Because of the popularity of the  Nuketown multiplayer maps, Activision  developed a 24/7 Nuketown lobby for players.

Nuketown 2025 is an exclusive map which can be obtained by pre-ordering Black Ops II.

Black Ops II

Call of Duty Black Ops II will be released for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on November 13, 2012, and will  be available  for the WII U when the console launches on November 18, 2012.

Angry Birds Star Wars

With the unrivaled, wide-spread popularity of Star Wars, it should not be surprising  that an almost equally popular game now has its own version of the epic story. 

Star Wars and Angry Birds fans alike will be happy to know that the Angry Birds Stars Wars video game is available on November 8, 2012.

Play over 80 levels  where you can guide the rebel forces to the heart of the Pig Star.  The game begins on Luke Skywalker's planet Tatooine, then moves to Deathstar as you launch birds inspired by the Star Wars characters.

Angry Birds Star Wars video game ranges from $0.99 in cost (at itunes) to  $2.99 (at the Kindle Fire store), depending on where you purchase the video game.  There is also a free game available on the Android.
