On the 91st episode of Mom's Minute Video Game Show, Ms. H welcomes everyone to the show.  Without further ado, she gets right into the show by reviewing a full game on the Xbox 360 -- World of Tanks:  Xbox 360 Edition.  Ms. H tells everyone, that finally, she was able to review a full free game on the Xbox 360 versus a demo.  She also reviews a demo of the video game Doki Doki Universe on the PlayStation 4.  She states she prefers World of Tanks: Xbox 360 Edition over Doki Doki Universe, but  would rather play as a video game character instead of a tank. The King of gods in Greek mythology, who resided with 12 other gods on Mount Olympus -- Zeus, is featured as the video game character of the week, in recognition of the winter olympic games that ended the previous Sunday.  Ms. H's  video game field trip was to the Lakeshore Learning Resource Store -- where she shared her experiences in seeing first-hand how video games are depicted in a store that is geared towards teachers.  She stated that even though some of the games she saw were described on their covers as "interactive activities" -- some were aptly called games since they really were learning video games. Ms. H said that this store was mostly for the K through 6th grade level and appeared to cater to teachers -- even though there were office supplies there as well as other type merchandise. Regarding video game new releases -- Ms. H was glad to see what appeared to be an increase in the number of these games from what she reported during her previous show.  Many of the new releases were totally new video games, and not just remakes of existing games that were released for the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.  Next, she discussed video game news which led to a lively discussion on the rationale and motivation behind Irrational Games "reemergence" to be a smaller, start up company which unfortunately resulted in a loss of jobs for some.  However, Ms. H reported that fifteen employees were able to keep their jobs and hopefully -- the other employees having had experience working for Irratational Games, would be able to get jobs quickly. This discussion led to a discussion of loyalty and money success.  Ms. H stated she was loyal to Allgames.com and happy to be part of the Allgames.com network.  Ms. H  discussed the news of Nolan Bushnell announcing his new company -- Brainrush -- which purports to have educational software, dubbed Education 3.0 that will enable students to learn in a shorter period of time, when compared to conventional ways of teaching.  The mention of Nolan Bushnell as "the father of video games" was rescinded, after she was informed that the true father of video games was Ray Baer, followed by Jerry Lawson.  Nolan Bushnell was in the group that followed these two video game pioneers. The winner of the Allgames.com video game tournament was announced as well as the prizes that were won.  Ms. H rounded out her show with her special saying that regardless of obstacles or road blocks you may face, always stay the course and success will be yours.
