Namco Bandai Games has announced that the Star Trek video game will be released April 2013. This latest version of Star Trek will be based upon JJ Abrams' reboot of the Star Trek characters when they were younger Captain Kirk and Dr. Spock.

In the video game, which was developed by Digital Extremes, you will play Dr. Spock or Captain Kirk. There are pre-order bonuses of this game which consist of Stealth Pack complete with uniforms, Brawler Pack with leather jacket and vulcan costume, Kelvin Pack with uniforms and phaser, Academy pack with uniforms and phaser and Kobayashi Naru Pack with uniforms.

Star Trek video game will release on April 23, 2013 in North America and April 26, 2013 in Europe. This game will be playable on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and the PC.
